Facility Policies
Welcome to Kidstruction Indoor Playground!
Our goal is to provide a fun, clean, family-friendly environment where children can move, explore, and play safely. These policies apply to all guests visiting Kidstruction Indoor Playground.
By entering the facility or participating in activities, guests agree to follow all posted rules, safety signage, attraction requirements, and instructions from Kidstruction staff.
Admission & Facility Capacity
Admission is subject to facility capacity.
For safety and guest comfort, Kidstruction may temporarily pause or limit entry when the facility or an individual play area reaches a safe operating capacity.
· Guests already inside will not be removed to make room for another guest.
· Membership does not override facility capacity limits.
· Entry may be delayed during weekends, holidays, school breaks, or other high-traffic periods.
· Individual attractions or play zones may have separate capacity limits.
· Kidstruction may temporarily restrict access to an area when staff determine that it has become overcrowded.
Unless specifically stated otherwise as part of a reservation, purchasing admission does not guarantee immediate entry if the facility is at capacity.
Waivers Required
All children and participating guests must have a valid Kidstruction liability waiver on file before participating in play activities.
A parent, legal guardian, or otherwise authorized adult must complete the appropriate waiver for a minor child.
Guests may be required to complete a new waiver when an existing waiver expires or when Kidstruction updates its waiver terms.
Parent & Guardian Supervision
Kidstruction Indoor Playground is not a drop-off facility unless we specifically advertise a supervised program.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising the children in their care at all times.
Kidstruction employees monitor the facility for general safety, rule enforcement, and emergency response, but staff are not responsible for providing individual childcare or supervision.
Children under 12 must remain accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian unless participating in an approved supervised program.
Age & Attraction Requirements
Different areas of the facility are designed for different ages, sizes, and abilities.
Guests must:
· Follow all posted age, height, weight, and other attraction restrictions.
· Use only equipment appropriate for them.
· Keep older children out of areas designated for younger children.
· Follow staff instructions regarding which areas or equipment may be used.
Kidstruction may restrict participation when staff believe an activity is not appropriate or safe for a particular guest.
Grip Socks & Footwear
Grip socks are required in designated play areas.
Grip socks must:
· Be free of holes.
· Have grip material covering a majority of the bottom of the sock.
· Be worn wherever posted or directed by staff.
Shoes must be removed in the play area.
Safe Play
To help keep everyone safe:
· Walking feet are required where posted.
· No pushing, shoving, fighting, or rough play.

· Do not climb on equipment that is not intended for climbing.
· Do not climb over barriers, gates, railings, or restricted areas.
· Do not use equipment in a way other than its intended purpose.
· Keep hands, feet, and objects away from moving equipment and pinch points.
· Follow all instructions provided by Kidstruction staff.
Staff may stop an activity immediately when they believe a guest’s behavior presents a safety concern.
Staff Instructions
All guests must follow reasonable safety instructions provided by Kidstruction employees.
If a staff member asks a child or adult to stop an activity, leave an area, follow an attraction rule, or change unsafe behavior, the instruction must be followed.
Parents and guardians are expected to assist staff with rule enforcement involving children in their care.
Repeated refusal to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the facility.

Food and beverages are permitted only in designated areas.
· No food or drinks on playground equipment.
· Please clean up after your group.
· Notify a team member immediately about spills.

with respect.
Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, violent, intoxicated, dangerous, or seriously disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Kidstruction reserves the right to refuse admission or require a guest to leave when their behavior creates a safety concern or substantially interferes with other guests.
Removal From the Facility
Unsafe behavior, repeated rule violations, failure to follow staff instructions, or seriously disruptive conduct may result in a guest being required to leave.
Removal resulting from a violation of facility rules may occur without a refund.
Serious or repeated violations may result in restrictions on future visits.
Equipment & Property Damage
Guests must use Kidstruction property and equipment appropriately.
Parents, guardians, and adult guests may be held responsible for intentional or inappropriate damage caused by themselves or children in their care.
Please report damaged, loose, or malfunctioning equipment to an employee immediately and do not continue using the equipment.
Attraction Availability
Kidstruction does not guarantee that every attraction or play area will be available during every visit.
An attraction or area may temporarily close because of:
· Cleaning

Temporary closure of an individual attraction does not automatically qualify a visit for a refund or credit.

Kidstruction Indoor Playground is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property.
Found items should be turned in to a Kidstruction employee.
Lost Children
If you become separated from a child in your care, notify a Kidstruction employee immediately.
Staff will begin Kidstruction’s lost-child procedure and assist with reunification.
For child safety, identification or other reasonable verification may be requested before a child is released to an adult.
Emergencies
During an emergency, guests must immediately follow instructions provided by Kidstruction employees, mall security, emergency personnel, or other authorized officials.
Emergency exits, hallways, gates, and walkways must remain clear at all times.
Policy Updates
Kidstruction Indoor Playground may update facility rules, procedures, or policies when reasonably necessary for safety, operations, legal compliance, or the guest experience.
Posted safety rules and attraction-specific instructions are considered part of these facility policies.
If you have questions about a rule or whether an activity is appropriate for your child, please ask a Kidstruction team member.
Thank you for helping us keep Kidstruction safe, clean, and fun for everyone!
