Membership Policy

We’re excited to have you as part of the Kidstruction family! Our memberships are designed to make frequent visits easier and more affordable. Please review the following policies before purchasing a membership.

Membership Benefits

Kidstruction memberships currently include:

·         Unlimited admission Monday through Friday during regular operating hours

·         Up to 2 hours of play per visit on Saturday and Sunday

·         Admission for the registered member

·         Up to 2 accompanying adults

·         10% off eligible toy purchases

·         10% off birthday party bookings

Membership benefits, pricing, operating hours, and included discounts may be updated in the future.

Admission Is Subject to Facility Capacity

Membership does not guarantee immediate admission.

For the safety and comfort of our guests, Kidstruction Indoor Playground maintains a maximum facility capacity.

If we are at capacity:

·         Members do not receive priority entry over guests already inside the facility.

·         Membership does not allow a member to remove, replace, or take the place of another guest.

·         Members may be required to wait until space becomes available.

·         Members may be asked to return at a later time if the facility is expected to remain full.

·         Membership does not guarantee availability during especially busy days, school breaks, holidays, or other high-traffic periods.

Membership provides admission privileges when capacity is available. It is not a reservation or guaranteed time slot unless Kidstruction specifically offers a separate reservation system.

Weekend Playtime

Saturday and Sunday membership visits are limited to 2 hours per visit.

Weekend time limits help us provide fair access to families during our busiest days.

Additional playtime may be purchased at the current posted rate when available and when facility capacity allows.

Weekday Visits

Monday through Friday membership visits are unlimited during normal operating hours unless otherwise posted.

Unlimited admission refers to the number of eligible visits and does not override:

·         Facility capacity

·         Temporary attraction closures

·         Special events

·         Safety restrictions

·         Age, height, or attraction requirements

·         Facility closures or modified operating hours

Memberships Are for the Registered Member

Memberships are intended for the individual registered to the membership and may not be shared, transferred, loaned, or resold.

Kidstruction may request reasonable verification of membership information when a member checks in.

Adults Included with Membership

A membership includes admission for up to 2 accompanying adults.

Adult admission benefits are intended to accompany the registered child member and are not separate memberships.

Additional adults may be subject to the regular additional-adult admission fee.

Discounts

Active members receive:

·         10% off eligible toy purchases

·         10% off eligible birthday party bookings

Membership discounts:

·         Must be used by the active member’s household.

·         Have no cash value.

·         Cannot be exchanged for cash.

·         May not apply to taxes, fees, gift cards, or excluded items.

·         May not be combined with certain promotions or discounts unless specifically allowed by Kidstruction.

The membership must be active at the time the discount is used.

Waiver Requirement

All participating guests must have a valid Kidstruction liability waiver on file before entering the play areas.

Parents or guardians are responsible for completing the appropriate waiver for minor children.

Having an active membership does not replace or waive this requirement.

Parent and Guardian Supervision

Kidstruction staff supervise the facility for general safety purposes but do not provide individual childcare.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising their children unless Kidstruction specifically states otherwise for a supervised program.

Children and accompanying adults must follow all posted rules, safety signage, attraction restrictions, and staff instructions.

Socks and Play Requirements

Kidstruction’s normal admission and safety requirements continue to apply to members.

Required footwear or socks must meet Kidstruction’s posted requirements before entering applicable play areas.

A membership does not exempt a guest from age, height, safety, clothing, footwear, or attraction-specific requirements.

Unsafe or Disruptive Behavior

Membership does not provide an exemption from Kidstruction’s guest rules.

Kidstruction may temporarily restrict or terminate participation when a member or accompanying guest:

·         Engages in unsafe behavior

·         Refuses to follow staff instructions

·         Repeatedly violates facility rules

·         Harasses staff or other guests

·         Damages property or equipment

·         Creates a disruptive or unsafe environment

Guests may be required to leave the facility without reimbursement for that visit when removal is necessary because of unsafe or inappropriate conduct.

Attraction Availability

Kidstruction does not guarantee that every attraction will be available during every visit.

Attractions or areas may temporarily close because of:

·         Cleaning

·         Maintenance

·         Repairs

·         Inspections

·         Safety concerns

·         Staffing

·         Special events

·         Operational needs

Temporary attraction closures do not guarantee a refund, credit, or extension of membership.

Facility Closures and Hours

Membership admission is available only during Kidstruction’s posted operating hours.

Operating hours may change because of:

·         Holidays

·         Severe weather

·         Maintenance

·         Emergency situations

·         Mall closures

·         Special events

·         Other circumstances outside Kidstruction’s reasonable control

Please check our current hours before visiting.

Membership Changes

Kidstruction Indoor Playground may modify membership benefits, policies, operating procedures, or future pricing when reasonably necessary.

Any significant changes affecting an existing membership will be communicated as appropriate.
